We an older couple, like many others, bought an old house with an outhouse in southern France.
The place is fantastic, slightly on higher ground with a view over the vineyards.
It is 5 minutes walk from the town of Luzech and 15 minutes from Cahors.
It is also only 25 kilometers to the highway so it is ideal for a stop when one is traveling to regions further south.
Now, one more time, and some by the many grow past injuries, we started our Bed and Breakfast.
Because we live in the hamlet of Castel Rouge, we have chosen the name Castel Rouge. How do you want to be original?
It was possible in it, apart situated house to create 3 rooms, each with a private entrance and a private terrace, private sitting / dining room with kitchenette, providing guests and we have privacy. The rooms, although located in an old house, modern and bright with a nice, comfortable furnishings and excellent bedding.
We always start from the question: what do we find in a nice hotel or a B & B?
Because in France usually used extensively lunch it is nice to make something yourself.
Therefore we have in each apartment in the living / dining room a small kitchen area equipped with sink, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle and all necessary utensils.
In short, we ourselves would be happy to stay in such a b & b!
